Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of AutoReplyPilot ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

1. The service

AutoReplyPilot connects to your Google Business Profile to draft, schedule and publish AI generated replies to customer reviews. Features available to you depend on the plan you choose.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory or that violates Google's review policies or prohibited content guidelines.
• Do not impersonate another business or post reviews or replies you are not authorised to publish.
• Do not use the Service to solicit, fabricate, incentivise, buy, sell or otherwise manipulate reviews or ratings. AutoReplyPilot replies to real customer reviews only, it does not generate or acquire reviews on your behalf.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or rate-limit-abuse the Service.
• Do not use the Service to offer refunds, discounts, freebies or contact details in public review replies.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of your business information, reviews, brand voice settings and the replies generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to process this content solely to operate, secure and improve the Service.

5. AI generated replies

Replies are generated by AI models and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing replies before they are published, or for configuring autopilot rules that match your risk tolerance. We are not liable for the content of any reply that is published from your account.

6. Plans, billing and refunds

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard and your plan will remain active until the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Third party services

The Service depends on Google APIs and other third party providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes outside our control.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, that pose a security risk or that create undue load on the Service. You may close your account at any time.

9. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or applicable law, including claims about replies published from your account.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless local consumer law provides otherwise.
